Georgie is the friendly ghost who lives in the Whittakers' attic and haunts their house. Mr and Mrs. Whittaker don't know how lucky they are to have Georgie–but Herman the cat knows Miss Oliver the owl knows, and it is a sad day for them when Georgie has to find a new house to haunt. This is the first of the Georgie books.
