While seeing the sights of Hong Kong, Miss Mallard, the world-famous ducktective, is involved in an accident when her rickshaw hits another visitor, Marshall Galdwell. As a result of the accident, Galdwell predicts disastrous events which entangle Miss Mallard in a web of intrigue.
