Sam always wants to play- but his family does not always want to play with him. Mother is busy in the kitchen. Big brother George is studying for school. And when Sam touches Marcia's paper doll, she screams, "You'll ruin her!" Then ping - he presses a key on Father's typewriter. "Sam," shouts Father, "that typewriter is not a toy for children!" When Sam begins to cry, his family stops to notice. It is then they find just the right job for him - a job for which Sam is not too little and not too big.
