On a crisp autumn night, a fox travels the many miles to town–over the covered bridge, past the cemetery–to snatch a duck and a goose from the farmer's pen. Then back through town he travels home again, for a feast with his wife and family. Based on a Burl Ives song from 1945 and includes the sheet music.
