Belinda Baldini would rather paint pictures than read to her pesty cousin Jason and his friends. After all, they're just little kids, and she needs the picture to put over her desk. But then her blue paint mysteriously disappears, and she becomes Inspector Baldini, determined to find out which creepy kid stole her paint. In the nick of time her trusty police dog, Homer, enters the investigation, and his colorful solution saves the day.
