A young white cattle egret is told that "time" will solve his problem of finding a cow to accompany him while searching for food. Mistaking "Time" for a person, the egret sets off on a journey to find it, meeting many different animals along the way. Through his adventure, he discovers the true meaning of patience and learns that some things simply happen when the time is right.
